Compatibility & suitability

• Our products are designed to support a range of models; however not all sets/builds are suitable for every stand or mount.

• Do not use this product if the surface/base is unstable, uneven, slippery, or weak.

• Do not use this product if the model is too large, heavy, unbalanced, or modified.

• Do not use this product if the model does not sit securely and stably during a gentle stability check.

Safe use requirements

• Always place the product on a stable, level surface away from edges and high-traffic areas.

• Do not climb, lean, pull, swing, or apply force to the model or stand/mount.

• Do not expose the product to high heat, open flames, or extreme conditions that may weaken materials.

• Inspect regularly. Discontinue use if you notice cracking, warping, loosening, or unusual movement.

Installation & mounting (if applicable)

• If your product requires installation (e.g., wall mounting), you are responsible for selecting appropriate fixings (screws/anchors) for your wall type.

• Locate studs/supports where required and ensure the product is installed correctly and safely.

• If you are unsure, consult a qualified installer.

Liability limitation

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, DisplayX is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage (including damage to models/sets, property damage, or personal injury) resulting from use or misuse of our products.

• This includes (without limitation) incorrect installation, failure to follow instructions, use with unsuitable surfaces/models/conditions, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Assumption of risk

• By using this product, you acknowledge that displaying models carries inherent risk (including the risk of falling or tipping) and you accept responsibility for ensuring safe setup and ongoing use.

Care & maintenance

• Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth only.

• Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents.
